At Education Center of Substance Abuse Prevention, we are honored to have Shih-Lung Yang, Distinguished Professor, as convener, Jui-Lung Cheng, Dean of College of Education, National Chung Cheng University, and Sheng-Ju Chan, Professor and Dean of Student Affairs, as deputy convener, and Hua-Fu Hsu, Professor and Dean of International Affairs, National Chung Cheng University, as executive director.

There are five departments at the center: prevention dissemination, educational training, research & development, international exchange, and general affairs. These departments are working with the consulting team towards the establishment of Education Center of Substance Abuse Prevention by implementing drug prevention dissemination and substance abuse investigation for young students in elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools and colleges.
